Delivery areas

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries:

Customs and import duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU), additional customs duties, taxes and charges may apply which are not included in our shipping costs. These fees are to be borne by the recipient. Please check in advance with the relevant customs authorities in your country for the exact costs and regulations.

Note: For deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries, the goods will be cleared by customs upon import. The recipient is obliged to pay any customs duties and the relevant import sales tax.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 1-2 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
